WARRANTY
TUT Fitness Group Limited (the Company) offers a 1-year warranty on all TUT Fitness products (the Product) against material defects in material and workmanship only. If the Product is found to be defective, the Company, at its option, will repair or replace the defective Product for the original purchaser at no charge. Original proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover Product abuse, alterations, disassembly, modifications, improper use, unauthorized repair of or any usage of the Product that is inconsistent with the Company’s original intended use outlined in our Instruction Manual and Operations Guide found at: www.tutfitnessgroup.com. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover the use of any parts or accessories other than those from TUT Fitness Group Limited. The Company reserves the right to inspect any and all items under the above criteria returned from defective claims prior to fulfilling customer claims.
