The Kinetic Ovation Flight Pickleball Paddle uses ProKennex’s proprietary Kinetic System with tungsten-filled chambers in other words it prevents injury and reduces shock. This is ideal for avoiding “pickleball elbow” and secondly enjoying longer games pain-free. The paddle weighs 7.1 – 7.6 oz with a small grip and 5” long handle. The rounded sides create a surface that is above all, highly consistent and responsive no matter where you make contact with a pickleball.

ProKennex's manufacturing process produces the least amount of variance in the industry.  The majority of companies produce their paddles and then weigh what has been produced: Their studies have found that paddles significantly below the 8oz threshold deliver unnecessary shock to the arm, while paddles significantly above the 8oz threshold, while more arm protective, become too cumbersome to move quickly.  Their weight range exists in this middle sweet spot.  They have done your homework for you.
