GRUVN's LAZR-16HD Solid Foam (hybrid shape) is a high-performance paddle with a Kevlar-carbon fiber blend surface and a 16mm solid foam core. This thermoformed paddle has everything a player wants: great stability, lots of power, control, pop, spin, feel, and increased durability with our new solid foam core. Our solid foam core is unique from other full foam paddles. We developed a unique blend of foam materials that provides just enough pop to feel aggressive during speedups and hand battles while still maintaining enough control to block and reset. It is very lively with lots of firepower, but also forgiving with a comfortable foamy feel compared to some other hollower feeling paddles. The solid foam core also solves the problem of core crushing that can occur with thermoformed paddles that have a polypropylene core.

• Foam injected walls are around the paddle’s edges, increasing the sweet spot and adding control

The Ultimate Hybrid Shape
Our custom hybrid shape is often mentioned as being the perfect shape for players who prefer hybrid paddles.  With a length of 16.2” and width of 7.8” and no taper, the shape provides a perfect mix of the control of wide body paddles and the power of elongated paddles. The 5.5” handle length allows for powerful two-handed backhands, and the rounded top of the paddle face gives players an aerodynamic feel.

Play style: Most reviews describe this paddle as being a power paddle, others place it in the all-court leaning power category. If you want a lively paddle with lots of power, but also with great stability and forgiveness and a comfortable feel, this paddle is for you.

This model comes with two color options: red blend surface and blue blend surface.

This paddle has a white edge guard and red blend surface and also comes with a zippered neoprene cover with the GRÜVN logo to protect the pickleball paddle when not in play.

Paddle Cleaner Included
• Each LAZR Solid Foam paddle comes with a GRUVN paddle cleaner, which is a stick of rubber that is 2.5” x 2” x 1” in size, This is not for graphite or composite paddles). Rub it on your paddle surface to keep it clean and also maximize the spin. It isn't pretty, but your paddle will be after using it :)

** PADDLE CARE – IMPORTANT **
Your paddle can become damaged from extreme temperatures. Extreme cold temperatures can cause the hitting surface to become brittle and crack. Extreme high temperatures can soften the hitting surface and can cause delamination. This occurs when the hitting surface separates from the core. Do not leave your paddle out in the sun on a hot day, be sure to cover it from the heat or it can be damaged. Do not leave your paddle in your vehicle during the summer or winter.
